We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people who relish a challenge whatever the weather!
As our Ad Bike representative, your role will be to cycle round towns and cities across the UK promoting our clients recruitment campaign.

The ad bike will boast a small company branded advertising trailer, allowing the public to see who are recruiting. One hour you may be cycling round town the next you may be in a park, this is an exciting role where every day is guaranteed to be different.
As well as riding the bike, you will be required to stop in areas of high footfall for maximum exposure (depending on the campaign, a flyer give-away may also form part of your role).

This unique role is a fantastic opportunity for people who prefer to work in the outdoors, it is also a great way of keeping fit!

You will ideally own a bicycle in good working order.

We regulate health and adult social care services and primary dental care providers, whether they are provided by the NHS, local authorities, private companies or voluntary organisations. In addition, we protect the interests of people detained under the Mental Health Act.

Reporting to one of our knowledgeable Compliance Managers and working across a nominated region, our Compliance Inspectors are integral to CQC's operation to ensure that essential standards of quality and safety are met.

Responsible for carrying out a programme of planned, follow up and responsive reviews across a mix of health and social care services - and more recently, dentists - Compliance Inspectors will talk to people who use services, carers and staff, collate evidence, undertake analysis and evaluation, and report on outcomes. Visits to services form an important part of the role, along with a significant element of desk based research, analysis and report writing.

Where services fall below essential quality standards, Compliance Inspectors have a range of powers available to them to investigate, gather any evidence required and consider which essential standards to probe in more depth. Ensuring essential standards of quality and safety may involve taking formal enforcement activity.

Personal credibility and the ability to engage with the full range of people who use services is key to this role; Compliance Inspectors will successfully foster a sound working relationship with service users, carers and providers, enabling positive interaction between CQC as the regulator and people who use services, ensuring their voices are heard.

Successful candidates will also be able to analyse intelligence about services and have experience of using qualititative and quantitative information and evidence to inform decisions. Applications made must be for the region you currently reside in. Submitting more than one application may result in your application not being shortlisted correctly.

Please also note that candidates who have previously applied for one of our Compliance Inspector roles (and who have been advised that they have been unsuccessful, or have not been progressed to the next stage of the recruitment process) should not apply again in this round. This is in line with our current recruitment policy which states that candidates should wait 6 months (from the date that they are advised of their unsuccessful recruitment outcome) before applying for the same role.
To qualify for the CQC London pay framework you must reside in a post code area within the greater London authority area.

Please note that CQC is currently in the process of implementing a new pay and grading structure including a revision to some terms and conditions of employment.

Until the completion of this implementation, CQC remains committed to ensuring that external candidates understand that advertised salaries and terms of employment are dependent on the outcome of ongoing union negotiations and therefore still subject to change.

In the meantime, appointments will be made using the advertised salaries and CQC will ensure that new recruits, or those in the pre-employment process, receive regular updates on the process of pay and grading implementation and how this might affect their salaries and terms and conditions.

Please Note:
If you have not heard from us within 6 weeks of this vacancy closing, please assume that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
Due to the high volume of applications being received across all of our vacancies, we are unable to provide individual feedback to those candidates not shortlisted for interview.

CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist

Advertiser : Nichol McKay

Salary : Depending on experience
Full/Part Time : Full Time
Job Contract : Employed
Job Ref# : DB02
Job Posted : 12th February 2012

CNC Machinist - Prestwick // Ayrshire

Vacancy - CNC MACHINIST
An opportunity has arisen for a CNC Machinist within our new machining facility.
The position to provide a supporting role to the Machine Shop Supervisor.
· Experience in setting/operating Horizontal & Vertical CNC machine tools.
· Candidates with Fanuc/Mazatrol experience preferred.
· Shifts and Overtime being worked.
· Rate of pay based on relevant experience.
· Toolmaking background advantageous
· Training will be available for suitable applicants.

If you feel you have the necessary experience for this appointment, please send your CV .

Registered General Nurse - Glasgow

RGN Nurse Disability Analyst - Glasgow
No previous experience necessary full accredited training given.

£32k with market leading benefit package up to £5k per annum Full and Part Time
SJB Medical on behalf of our client are seeking RGNs to undertake medical assessments at a dedicated site.

The ideal candidates will have over three years qualified nursing experience gained in a variety of settings and posses excellent communication skills.
