Personal credibility and the ability to engage with the full range of people who use services is key to this role; Compliance Inspectors will successfully foster a sound working relationship with service users, carers and providers, enabling positive interaction between CQC as the regulator and people who use services, ensuring their voices are heard.

Successful candidates will also be able to analyse intelligence about services and have experience of using qualititative and quantitative information and evidence to inform decisions.
